Live in Harmony

The beauty of an ancient tree,
Branches entwined together and yet free.
Given justice they choose to stay,
Keeping each other out of harm’s way.
Be like the tree,
Live in harmony.

This is the beauty,
The singular duty.
Of life, of death,
When one must take their final breath.
We are entwined and yet free,
Connected together, but allowed to be.
We must live in harmony.

The circle of life,
Filled with patience and strife,
Fighting for life and for love,
Some things we cannot dispose of,
Like justice to all,
United we cannot fall.
Together with nature, family, and me,
We will live in harmony.

Stand together,
Don’t forget one another,
The flower and the bee,
Are just as important as me.
Slow down realize the truth of the matter.
That if we were alone the whole earth would shatter,
The plants and the creatures.
We must learn. Nature and earth are our teachers.
Don’t forget the thistle,
For even though it may bristle,
It is as important as you and me,
We need to live in harmony.
Together.
United.
Whole.
