In the Distance

I can see it, though it is unclear, I'll keep walking
I can feel it, a bit unfamilar, but I'll keep walking
I can hear it, yet I don't reconize it, so I keep walking
Hand in hand with my children, a steep hill awaits
For them we keep walking
Even though I feel so tired, we keep walking
Up this hill and every other, we keep walking
We've got to get there, so we keep walking
I know its there just around the bend, so we keep walking
It's there off in the distance, so we keep walking
Its love, its life, its happyness, so we keep walking
Forever chasing what this life offers, we keep walking
My head held high, kids by my side, we will never stop walking
All of lifes answers, hopes and dreams are there, in the distance
So we will keep walking.
