I have overcome your hatred, resentment, hostility, ill will, animosity, enmity,  antagonism, antipathy, bitterness, antagonism, rivalry, spitefulness, your venom and your malevolence
I have overcome
I send it all back to you, engulf yourself and watch as it destroys you like a vicious  cancer eating away at your soul, your being, your very essence
Your burden of hatred is no longer mine
I absolve myself of it
I have overcome
I am free
