Hugging my pillow

Trying so hard  to reach a new goal,
set my heart to make me whole,
so i would never fall again,
being with you caused me pain.

Craving for love in rainy weather,
made a vow we would last forever,
missing the spark that used to burn,
now its gone and i'm on my own.

Hugging my pillow between my legs,
wishing i had you there instead,
all the right feelings nowhere to go,
i loved you so much you had to know.

Still i rather be lonely,
away from all the pain,
when my heart was happy,
you did not remain.

So if ever you see me crying,
it's not because off you,
though my heart keep pretending,
someday i'll be loving you.
