Bright lights and big loud sounds
As I lay here
In this hospital bed

So bored right out of my head
Just trying to make the most
Out of a scared tough situation

For I can hardly speak
As my tongue
Is all swelled up

But finally after 3 shots
I'm feeling a little fine
Ready to fly out the door
And escape from this here place....

I am an x-singer/songwriter/ poet(A Simple Mans Poet). I have written songs and recorded in Nashville, Tn.Also wrote and recorded with one of the legends of rock Mr.Joey Welz, of Caprice I'ntl Records- Lititz, Pa. I am med-retired from the USPS at the present moment in time.I am a 53 yr old Papa or grand-father as my g-daughter calls me. My cat is my other child.Along with 2 grown children and my wife. more…
