Freezing Hope

Losing the sense of feeling.
Unable to continue...
Your feet feel frozen to the floor.
Every tear you make freezes to your cheek.

You shiver in this cold place.
Whisper to the dead souls.
They're just distractions.
Figments of your imagination.

If only you could hear me...
See what I can see.
Stop being lonely and feel my comforting touch.
Your hope is gone,

The last breath; escaped.
Nothing left for you to care about;
Nothing left to know.
Oh, if only...

You could hear my voice.
See what I am seeing.
Ignore the ice that surrounds us.
Forget the past struggles for life.

Blink the frozen tears away...
And run away from these terrible things.
Close your eyes
And hide.

Forget what you're trying to say.
Never look down;
Always look up.
Leave all of your wishes behind.

You're not alone.
We're all here around you.
Please let us get through to you.
Let us brush those tears away.

Help you in any way we can;
Never leave you alone.
Protect you with all our hearts and minds.
Never leave your side.

Guard you with all our might.
Hold your hand through the pain.
You don't have to be sad anymore.
The hope is not lost.

Pandora let it go and we have caught it;
It's all for you.
There's no need to be scared;
We're all here for you.

You're not lost anymore;
We'll show you the way.
Just let us through to you,
And allow us to help you through this.
