Draw The Line

Words were spoken
you must have laughed under your breath
do not patronize
do not act as a condescending fool unless
that is what you are
I do not believe you are
arrogant maybe
provincial? I do not know
but you are not a fool
you have instinct that has been dwelling
since the beginning of man
the instinct that tells you there is a
greater existence
love exists for a reason
use will to refuse acknowledgement
free will to love and hate, live or die
"you" have to draw the line
it is too thin to see
know your convictions
be held in the mysteries of lifes capture
