Couples Choosing

Couples who choose contrary paths and separate vacations
will grow in opposing ways
leading to separations.
Couples who choose contrary paths and different experience
will grow in altering ways
leading to indifference.
Couples who choose contrary paths and divided resplendence
will grow in mutating ways
leading to independence.
Couples who choose contrary paths and follow unlike pursuits
will grow in transforming ways
leading to unwanted fruits.
Couples who choose contrary paths and individual lifestyles
will grow in diverging ways
leading to unforeseen trials.
Couples who choose contrary paths and single out their own thing
will grow in conflicting ways
leading new bell-sets to ring.
