Bring Back Yesterday

It was a better place in time, a place for you and me
When everything was roses, as it was meant to be
The moments we spent together, so precious in every way
Now all I want to do is BRING BACK YESTERDAY

My eyes, only half opened, saw something so untrue
Something so unreal it made me fall in love with you
I realize what a fool I was and all you did was play
Yet my broken heart still yearns to BRING BACK YESTERDAY

All the things you were to me from my sunshine to my rain
Memories can fill my mind but my heart is filled with pain
No matter what the future brings, no matter come what may
I would forgo the future, if we could BRING BACK YESTERDAY
