Breakfast in Loveland

Parked at a dusty truck stop
I stepped out of my stand up roof top
about fifty yards across the lot
Over there is a real nice restaurant
Stepped in the door and wiped my feet
washed my hands and took a seat.
"Welcome to Johnson's Corner are you here to eat?"
"I'll have an omelette if you please
some sausage, ham, peppers and cheese.
Biscuits, gravy, and a glass of sweet tea."
She brought the bill written in pen
"Just pay me" she said with a grin.
I reached in my pocket and gave her a ten
she flashed me a smile and said "Please come again."
