Becoming a Poet...

Becoming a Poet...

One hundred poems I have written!

For more than half a century I have never written.

I have become smitten with poetry,
on the day courageous Sally Ride,
passed on to heaven..

I wanted to write something
to dedicate to courageous Sally's life and adventures..
Sally Kristen Ride (May 26, 1951 – July 23, 2012) was an American physicist and astronaut.

I was inspired to paint with words by;
Rob, Who found a “lost poet”, that never was.
Maria, Who became my “muse”, without knowing.
My Filipina Rose, Who smiled at everyone of my poems.
The many others, With suggestions and teachings,
along with many poets at poetry.com

I thank you all, for inspiring me to paint with words.

One hundred poems I have written!
