As great loss
I grew nice beard
For nice words to be heard
To be felt as inseparable part
Belong to sect and never to depart
I am called Muslim or Musalmeen *
The true meaning of it is as sacred with means
The person who longs for purity
With prayers five times a day to the services of Almighty
Which religion teaches us to be pure as devotees?
Free from hatred and provide shade like tree
Protect poor and wish the end of month as full charity
To the orphans and destitute who believe in the work of the almighty
I walk on same path as Result-e lillah observed
I never thought it was right or I deserved
Yet it was strong faith and I believed
Any pain or hurdle was gracefully removed
I cried for all those painful moments
When heard about blasts all over to resent
How many innocent might have lost lives?
Who can share such cowardice acts and believe?
I knell down before Him
Shed tears and ask to forgive along with them
How can I be part of such glorious religion?
Where Allah can be made as mere spectator in any region
I can force no one but only pray
Can never stick to absurd rules and run away
I shall love to be among those
Who really care for and repose?
They will never repent?
Even if you show no mercy and remain absent
On the scene to deliver no good
As they have only one faith and that is understood
Lead us to the safety corner
That shall be felt sooner or later
We can bring back all those
Who are misguided and see it as great loss
