A girlfriend worth waiting for

At the age of 28 I had yet to experience true love
But she flew into my life like a beautiful little dove
We have learnt so much together
But being that we're miles apart there's also a lot of pressure
She's worth it all, and it was her I was waiting for to come into my life
Maybe one day she'll even be my wife
Every second I spend with her is magic
If she wasn't here in my life it would be tragic
She's so funny
Her smile is so sunny
Her long brunette mane falls across her pretty shoulders
She also has some beautiful feminine odours
She's beautiful inside and out
And there's no one I would rather write a poem about
