Renewel

Abashed with new endeavors in plain sight
Weaning off of the highs with ever new delights
Cowering in the sunlight, we look to the east
Time and time again we await the splendid feast
Wishing we can fly away into the ever blue heights
Gleaning from the past and basking in the sights
Tomorrow we rage anew with bolder strengths
We ask no one, but we do ask for hints
