Dannit 1955 (Hospital)

I see the struggle
I know the pain
An age old process with
Slight bits of change
There you are
Where I've been
Dealing with life
Day to day
Clashes of culture
Defining each moment
Narratives about
Beliefs within
Should I share?
Would it be ok?
Would you take offense
If I showed that I cared
Or if from my heart
My soul I bared?
Must I watch you stumble
And not ease you fall
Don't take offense
When you see that I called
It will all work out
One way or the other
In life though we differ
Your my Sister or Brother
Yes I wish I could reach in
And show you I care
Just know always...
I'm there!
