Reiterations
Chris Pearson 1977 (Winnipeg)
Sequence belies continuity
The line folds into circle
All turns are straight ahead
Carrying each moment to its next
Here and now, all there is
It's so enough it can be too much
Time chews its way to the core
To feed itself more of the same
It is what it is what it eats
Again and again
Hunger-trapped and
Autocannibalistic
Until the end
