Another Gain in Heaven

Amanda King 1990 (NC)

Another Angel has gained her wings
a beautiful person indeed.
It was you that was worth knowing,
In Jesus Christ you were growing.

A joyful voice that sing's
as she planted her earthly seed.
To Heaven she would go ,a glowing.
Peace now flows in Heaven, overflowing.

Now, just know that in heaven she clings
as she walks with Jesus, a love undenied.
In life, in Heaven she is gladly roaming.
upon golden streets gladly knowing

Peace in life, Peace after life, a new life begin's
In the memory of loved ones she will show dreams
of Heaven's gate and the Father above one day knowing
that afterlife will come and show the way to a love so deep and known that peace will come when you enter the kingdom of glory as Another Gain in Heaven.

Rest in Peace Aunt Beth

About this poem

I thought at one time this poem was for someone who I thought at the time of a grandma, but honestly I only saw this person 2-3 times before she died early this year. (2021) I now know that the tears shed for so many years, and with it coming up in 5 years on January 23rd, this poem was actually written for my Aunt Beth and my Grandma. Wh both now “Roam in Heaven” … I hope you all enjoy this ❤️BK21
