Support
In the instance
a hug is gold
And an embrace invaluable
A shoulder impossible.
Straighten the spine
It’s needed
In and out
Air to the brain.
But more to the mind.
Silent phrases of
Self-support
Arms reach out
To grasp that air
Flowing to the brain
Hands touch shoulders
In and out
