Little Rosebud

There are little rosebuds
They come to Earth awhile
To brighten up our lonely world
With nothing but their smile

Death sometimes does snatch them
But Jesus their price did pay
So He takes them on to Heaven
To be presented to the Father's bouquet

In Heaven Rosebuds have no thorns
And we know they have no tears
For Jesus wipes them all away
As He takes away their fears

Sure we miss them here on Earth
But they are in the Father's care
And when we get to Heaven
All our Rosebuds will be there.
