Think

The way we kill the place we live.
More thoughts to waste we should give.
Its our world, our only one.
Once its dead, we are done.
We are smart, but foolish too.
Myopic thoughts screw us through.
We think of now and just today.
Next weeks thoughts just flit away.
Do be scared for progeny.
Blinders set myoptically.
But to screens we are glued.
We imbibe naught but abused.
Oceans die and forest wilt.
Our pollution has us killed.
All our shit floods the ocean.
The fish shall die a poopy notion.
A landfill so full of trash.
Our carbon footprints we should dash.
They set some laws, but no avail.
Wonder why your in jail.
They set some laws, so few do follow.
My written words are not hollow.
Our Gaia lives, though she's hurt.
From the trash we put in dirt.
People think indidvidually
We are weak singularly.
Work as one, to reduce our waste.
Our great grandchildren, they will taste.
A healthy Earth, so full of life.
Consume so much less, is our strife.
If we dont, we all die.
And what I speak, is no lie.
We all buy stuff, then throw away.
Making trash everyday.
It all adds up from seven billion.
It's all of us, we are killing.
Our only planet that we got.
To terraform is still just a thought.
Once she dies, we are dead.
Can I get this through your head?
We have to do this, God wont save,
Us from we. Through we crave,
His touch on earth. So he watches.
Records your deeds, an Angel notches.
All your deeds. Good and bad.
We kill our world, but He's not mad.
At the people. Just the man.
Lets fix this world. I know we can.
Start real small, buying less.
Recycling will fix this mess.
Our environ needs our aid.
It's our problem that we made.
Thumper, Bambie, and Flounder die.
The wolves that hunt them Will go dry.
The eco system soon breaks down.
In our smog Gaia drowns.
You think we're fine, but we're not.
As the earth gets real hot.
The ozone layer melts away.
The CFCs that decay.
Toxic waste from our fridge.
The facts in this should make you cringe.
All is true with what I wrote.
Wish to help out sinking boat??
Now we're sound. But not for long.
Hear the warning in my song.
Tell your friends, teach your family.
You really think I am rambling??
All the carbon in our skies.
Makes it so we all die.
No not us, we will live.
Our posterity, we should give.
Them a thought for a few decades.
They will live, if we have made
An attempt and persevere.
But not now. It's not severe
Not for us, think of later.
No I'm not just a hater.
Hear me out alot I know.
What I speak is not a show.
God will aid who help them selves.
So in these facts you should delve.
Ask your source, check my facts.
They look on google. Then call them back.
And you'll see im not mistaken.
With all these things im not faken.
We're alive, but times a ticking.
Our air is poisoned and this is picking
At my mind all the days.
Smoggy skies is poisoned haze.
You breathe it in, its on your skin.
Your admonished, and now im fin.
