“
Whenever I looked Back
I left my small city
Where I spent my childhood
Where I studied,
Where lived my beloved ones
Towards the big city
For just a career
And a brighter future
The greediness became large
I left my land
For higher status, and income
On the journey of struggles
I bore hardship, pain, and grief
And often, wore the tears
I felt alone
Within the crowd of people
Whenever I looked back
I was too far
I missed my city and land
If I looked ahead
The destination was still far away
I felt helpless and hopeless
I realized,
Each one of us became
The patient of the greed
Forgetting all, even itself
Such disease has spread
Into all professions
I came to understand
Everyone is running
After its shadow
While no one can reach that
Even though; it continues.
