Why Do They Keep Pushing
I wish I had the way right now
To tell you what I feel,
A way for me to show you how
My anguish is quite real!
The people who should know me well
Enough to sense my pain,
Continue pushing though I tell
Them things that seem in vain!
My wheels are spinning on and on,
But never get me where
I need to be to look upon
The ones who truly care!
Why don't the others care to show
Me to a softer place,
Instead of pushing me to go
On with this endless race?
