QUARTER PAST THREE

QUARTER PAST THREE

Hmm, its just past three
Is there anywhere I have to be?
Nope, guess not, so I'll write
Just sit here and shine a little light
Make up a tale, spin a rhyme,
Its what I do all the time.

I write it as it is not as I wish
You can't live life on a hit and miss
'cause sooner or later that wall arises
SMACK! Life is full of surprises!
I tell you that Jesus is the only way
You climb the wall, going that way today

Tell me what do you find?
A one eyed king leading the blind
One by one the lemmings jump off the cliff
"But the. Christians are just too stiff!"
Well some are ill grant you that
But we are still where the Truth is at

Don't deny the God of Creation over idiots!
Get angry, be hurt, turn to God, and get over it!
Exclusive? Yes....but any can be included
Its up to you not to be deluded
The lies will fall if you stand, now look at me!
I've been rambling till a quarter past three
AMEN

About this poem

Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew 7 13-14
