Gone swimming

It was a hot summer day
 next to a creek.
Me and my sister couldn't

 tell it was so deep.
I waded into the water
On that warm day

But the current was too fast
And it swept me away.
My sister came to help

But it got her too.
I stood on the creek floor
It felt like I was on the moon.

There was no sound and
I was not gasping for air.
My mom walked out

 But I was not there
My sister pointed and gave a shout.
My mom ran fast

And she pulled me out.
