"The Magic connection with the Sea: Finding Solace and Healing in its Embrace"

Dear world, I write to thee, a tale of a love affair with the sea,
Of running to the shore, where my heart finds solace,
Where the salty breeze whispers secrets through the darkness.

Oh, how the ocean beckons, with waves crashing to the shore,
Its energy, like a lighthouse, guides me forevermore.
As I run towards its vast expanse, a sense of freedom ignites,
A surge of adrenaline courses through me, taking flight.

The third eye, they say, is awakened by the sea's embrace,
An inner knowing, a connection to a higher space.
It's a window to the soul, where cosmic visions unfold,
Where the depths of the universe can forever be told.

My body, a vessel, dances with emotions so profound,
As I surrender to the waves, a transcendent experience is found.
The fear and the pain, like distant echoes, fade away,
Replaced by a sense of peace, at the ocean, I stay.

Oh, to make this vast, endless blue my eternal home,
To lay my weary head on soft pillows of foam.
Imagine sleeping with the whispers of the tides as my lullaby,
Drifting into dreams, where the ocean and I intertwine.

With every stride, I run, feeling time slip away,
How far can I go before reality begs me to stay?
Me and the ocean, for a fleeting moment, just as one,
Breathing in its essence, feeling the warmth of the sun.

For sometimes, the ocean becomes my sanctuary,
A refuge from the world, a haven for my weary,
In its embrace, I find respite from the chaos within,
A sanctuary where I heal, and my battle with PTSD begins.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, a haunting affliction,
Leaving scars unseen, a silent contradiction.
But the ocean, with its gentle whispers and crashing waves,
Creates a new narrative, where the wounded soul finds solace.

And the birds, oh, the birds that grace the sky above,
They soar with grace and freedom, symbols of pure love.
Their wings, like breaths of wind, carry them with ease,
A reminder that true freedom lies within the ocean's seas.

As the sea touches my skin, a tingling sensation starts,
My aura, cleansed and refreshed, as if it's been pulled apart.
An energy field surrounds me, vibrant and pure,
As I immerse myself in the sea, I feel reborn, of this I am sure.

For my heart, dear world, beats with intense, unconditional love,
As the ocean's symphony plays, carried on wings of a dove.
In its depths, I find solace, a sanctuary so deep,
A love affair with the sea, forever mine to keep.

So let me run, let me dive into the depths unknown,
To the place where I find peace, where the ocean's beauty is shown.
For in this dance of life, where the sea and sky align,
I find myself, I heal, I become one with the divine.
