Forget the quest

An echo in a dream, something I’ve never seen
An incoming tide surrounds the lonely island
Everywhere I look I encumber a desolate stare
I’ve been here before but am I prepared?
Ferocious seas are taking their toll on my ship
Let’s play a game, count to 10
Pull the trigger I’ll tell you when
A gale blew in and I knew for sure
To baton the hatches and lock the door
I seek the truth forget the rest
Forget the quest I want the best
Remind me where I went wrong
I’ll play a tune and sing along
An eagle soars above the land
A scorpion appears from in the sand
A sword appears inside my hand
An ancient city goes to plan
