T.R.U.T.H. (To Really Understand The Honesty)

The words that leave your mouth
Are empty and flow south
No meaning
No solidity
Just a display in self-pity

The result of your communication
Is a fascination
Of your oral masturbation

Time and time again
You weave a web
Of the now and then

None of it
With a virgin tongue
Truth meant something
When we were young

Now we live to lie
Forever till the day we die
Till our deathbed confession
A temporary obsession
To confess your mess
At your last breaths behest

Why bother?
You can’t fool the father

He knows how it goes
How the sewer under your nose flows
How the tower of lies you provide grows

We have been lying from the start
And perfected it into an art
Of deception
An immoral erection
Of fooling each other
To escape judgement
For advantage
Or simply pleasure
Given in unlimited measure
A cloak of dishonesty
Worn like a treasure

Though we despise the ruse
We often refuse and abuse
The chance to lose
The offer of a sham’s dues

A curious way to exist
Exaggerating your words to subsist

Humans are a truly unruly
Clueless mob of fecal feeders
Breeding, seeding, and leading
Us into the perpetual
Lie of the eternal fry
Where we will never truly die
But bask in the ever glow
Of the creatures BBQ, low and slow
Roasted on the spit of shit
Charred useless slabs of twits

It is us keeping the fires lit
Only the waters of truth
Will satisfy it

Mind if I smoke?
