Hunger for peace

In the cacophony of chaos, whispers plead for peace,
Amidst the clamor of conflict, yearning for release.
In hearts burdened by strife, a silent plea unfurled,
For in this fractured world, we crave the balm of peace.

In the echo of gunfire, and the cries of pain,
In the shadow of hatred, where hope seems in vain.
Let's weave a tapestry of unity, where all may find their ease,
For in the gentle embrace of peace, lies the world's release.

Beyond the barriers of creed, beyond the walls of fear,
Let empathy be our compass, and compassion draw us near.
In the symphony of nations, let harmony increase,
For in the chorus of humanity, let us find our peace.

Let kindness be our anthem, and understanding our guide,
Let tolerance be our armor, and love our battle cry.
In the canvas of tomorrow, may conflicts finally cease,
For in the tapestry of existence, let us embroider peace.
