I will be Okay

The journey we declared to walk two has hit the horizon
It's only memories left as a treasure to remind me the season
Those that send me back to missing the days you caressed me as I felt the warmth of your Bosom
I'm now exposed to regrets ,realising those were moments I shouldn't have clutched onto
For they were never meant to Blossom.

I've chosen to flow but fate pulls me back
I've trained my mind to forget and grow but the past is never dark
And My heart is so tiny to carry on the elegy
But I'm told to be a heroe no matter the tragedy.

I will be Okay,
It's a threat and dreadful to be here but I won't run away

I have really tried,
Striving to find the good things you said I would meet after you have skied
But karma has instead kept your presence unburied
No more smile, no more rain dripping on my yard

Depression has won me a lot of trophies in form of trash
They have devalued my feelings and affection by calling it "rash"
And I pray to God He pays them in Cash.

I will be Okay,
It's a threat and dreadful to be here but I won't run away.
