SILENCE SPEAKS

Silence speaks to us in many

Different ways.

The winds running through

The treetops on a cool winter’s eve

The rain falling across the roof

Tops when the sun is rising

On a chilly spring morning

The multi color leaves gathered

along the grass to end a warm fall afternoon

Silence isn’t always completely silent,

It's what we need to be silent is what

True silence really is.

About this poem
