crazy thoughts

mikayla howard 2010 (washingtion)

They call you not right in the head
But don't know the story behind
They call you crazy because
You have odd thoughts
Or so they say
But don't know the story behind
The truth behind it all

They call us not right in the head
But don't know the story behind us
They call us crazy because
We have odd thoughts
Or so they say
But why should we care
About silly words
Its not like they'll lock us up
For silly words
That don't know meanings

But question is
Why do we care
About silly words
Ill tell you why
Cause words are influences
That cause the way we act
Around others
But they will still call us crazy
No matter what we do or say
We still get called crazy
For our thoughts
At the end of the day

No i don't know why were called crazy
I don't think i ever will
But one thing i do know is
Don't let words change you
For who you are
Not what others want you to be
And i stand by this
Just as others should

Then again those are crazy thoughts
Or so they say
