Running For My Life

Oh God accept me in your kingdom I pray.
Stir up the gifts bestowed upon me;
I surrender all to you my King.
My heart rejoices for your presence, rejoicing I sing.
Your marvelous wonders in my life draws me nearer;
Nearer to my crown and eternity, nearer to thee, I fear you.
Reverence to my Father, indeed His covenant towards me, keeps me holding on;
Waiting for my Lord to use me at His appointed time.
His purpose His will, His way; not mine.
Reading, studying,seeking His face;
Accepting new mercy, new grace.
Sharing Jesus, telling my story, His glory;
Learning, teaching, listening, about History.
Doing what I can, telling the people, how wonderful and precious life is a gift;
All His children we listen but there is no change;
Church on every corner are we helping at range;
Or do we scare them and run them away back into the street;
They retreat.
God grant me the ability to see the need and fulfill it;
Time to get up instead of just sit.
Dreaming is good action is better;
I see the hurt, the pain, life's curve balls:
The bad, the ugly, the evil, the bitter.
The lost souls, I cry for each one,
Reach one, teach one.
The Great Commission we gather like seashells;
We continue praying we desire to miss hell.
I seek to hear those words...
Well done, you can come on in.
I ran the race I wear my crown, I am in my mansion, I have earned my wings,
I kept the faith, I never want to lose you God, You gave your son king Jesus the Christ

About this poem

Feeling the weight upon my shoulders heavy, yet light; I breathe new hope as I trust there is assurance, each day and night. Our Father in heaven watches over everything that concerns us; We must never forget and always remember, we must. His grace and mercy shared amongst His people we seek; As we remain humble, patient, and meek. God will deliver us by and bye; As I gaze into that beautiful sky. I am running for my life, believing for His return, I wonder, I pray, I talk to my Savior, I cry out for His presence, I yearn. I am amazed at what He's doing in my life, I ask for forgiveness of all my wrongs and bad deeds; His answer to me is through His righteousness I will succeed. His love for me is so great, He gave His Son; I'm grateful, so thankful, Jesus is the only one. I'm eager and excited as my world changes I gravitate; I'm learning and as
