Esau

Hunger now has bought your births blessing
So I’m covered in my mother’s goat skins
What would you trade to have killed me then
Could I say that I’m undeserving

Esau, Esau it’s not fair
I fled and found a golden stair
A headstone not of death but sleep
Awoke to build an altar there

I feel like I fooled my way into this place
Into your Grace

Why did you choose me?
