Geronimo

Waking up to a misty morning
Tequila shakes, and the thought starts dawning
How the hell did we get here anyway
The look in your eyes says the thunder's coming
Looking at the back door, but I'm not running
Gonna grab these reigns
and ride this wicked storm

Chippewa half-breed
You know what I got son
Coming through the front door
Everybody wants some
Well hold your hats boys
Because she's coming straight from me

Standing on the ledge looking down
Can't feel my feet touch the ground
Lord no here we go... Jump
Geronimo
Here we go oh Lord
Free falling from the sky
Where we land I don't know
Geronimo
Here we go
Standing on the ledge looking down

I was a young mustang when I hit the ground son
Hairpin trigger on a loaded shotgun
Ain't nobody gonna hold or tie me down no
In comes trouble with a blood red dress on
Big black boots up to her Oh Lord help me
Gonna grab these reigns
And ride this wicked storm

Standing on the ledge looking down
Can't feel my feet touch the ground
Oh no here we go...Jump
Geronimo
Here we go oh Lord
Free falling from the sky
Where we land I don't know
Geronimo
Here we go oh Lord
Standing on the ledge looking down
Jump
Geronimo
