The Unknown Jester’s Endless Wanderings (5or6)

The Unknown Jester’s Endless Wanderings (5or6)

Arthur and I endured many trials in life
We were born into poverty and servitude
If it were not for Merlin and the sword in stone
We’d still be lowly knaves unto this very day
Although I do believe that we’d still be best friends
I really do feel sorry for my friend Arthur
Much responsibility was thrust upon him
As well as upon myself when he drew that sword
Who could have ever figured Arthur would be king
And I his friend would become his royal jester
No one knows what destiny has in store for them
We must be prepared for anything she may bring
