The warm from inside.

The warm from inside.

It was a blizzard.
Very few were outside.
All the trees were looking white painted.
The icicles were hanging from roofs.

Few birds were shaking,
their wings, sitting on branches.
I saw through my window pane,
a man wrapping with warm clothes,
leaning on a bench,sitting under a shade.

I was curious to know,
why the man was sitting outside,
in such an exposing weather,
when everybody is confined in room.

Ignoring the exposing cold,
I went to ask the man,
and came to know,
he was fasting for three days.

The bitting of hunger was,
more than the rigid cold.
He was not down by outside cold.
He was down by inside cold.

He was sitting to beg others mercy.
I asked  the man,
to come my warm and cosy shelter.
The man accepted my warm welcome.

I provided some foods and little drinks.
The man ate like hungry beast.
Then he gave a  loud belch.
It was token of his gratitude.

When he left the place,
i felt warm.
But it was not from outside.
It was from inside.
