THE PERFECT TEAM (Chapter Two)

CHAPTER TWO: THE LONG AND RESTLESS NIGHTS

In a few days the baby is home to stay
Day and night she'll keep her parents alert and awake
Her parents are changing her,
                                                      feeding her,
and burping her every weary night and day
It's always the same routine
but they are not ready to break.

Her parents have grown to love
and care for their little keep
They are glad when she is finally asleep
They appreciate the peace and silence while she sleeps
They decided that it's a good time for the camera
                                                                    and some treats
They are looking at their cute Little Darling
                                                                 sleeping so sweet.

In a few days her eyes are open to the wonder of sight
She's gazing at her father with an astonishing height
She's willing to touch her father's big pointy nose
Instead she rather touch her cute little toes.

Seeing the first time the enormous living room
She is watching her mother dancing
and singing to a happy tune
She sees her father coughing
                                             and sneezing from the rheum
She's on the floor tinkering
She's on the floor thinking
"Just wait and see I'll be big soon".

Soon Little Darling is crying with a intense might
Her gums are hurting and are ready to ignite
Her teeth are cutting through and are preparing to bite
Little Darling is putting up a good fight.

CHAPTER THREE: LOOK HOW FAST SHE'S GROWING
