Let your adventure begin
In the peacefulness of your mind upon allowing your thoughts to be calm and quiet you can in your memory travel and reflect through and on the many awesome past days you've had in your life. Every element in your past that had harmless ingredients are responsible for your wonderious imagination of today. Dreaming with eyes open or shut can put you in touch with the fond days in your past that put a smile on your face. Of course all of us have days in our younger days that may appear to be a little troubling but let's leave those to the lessons we learned from them and instead think upon those times when knowing not much more than what was right in front of us. This gave us the freedom to put our dreams on a kite and let the wind put them out into the universe and see which ones would fall back to earth at our feet. If we take time and allow ourselves to think ponder and dream of those young days in our past it becomes a therapeutic session that we don't have to pay for. Life is a culmination of events magical and a little edgie that when going through these events sometimes kept us on the edge of our seats. Our first crush. Those times we did a little something wrong and we worried about getting caught. Every generation has their version of the same basic mistakes that all of us have made. Now we can revisit those memories from the safety of our adulthood sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee. Reminiscing does aid in our emotional health as well as recertify our choices good or bad. We can still relearn lessons and values from our past experiences through Reminiscing and dreaming. It's fun being able to pick and choose our day dreaming so take an adventure today.
