Where Eagles Go to Cry

Majestic birds the eagles are
With feathers black and white.
You sometimes must go very far
To have the birds in sight.

They seem to own the sky as they
Are floating in the air,
In search of what will be their prey
Each day, 'most everywhere.

But sometimes eagles are hunted due
To poachers in all weather.
Some want to mount them, it is true
While some just want each feather.

When eagles see an eagle die,
Their tears begin to flow;
And almost always in the sky,
You'll hear them down below!
