Alive but hollow.

I live but inside and throughout death is what you will see, Blinded by the corruption, brought upon by nobody but me.

I breath but there's no air to raise my chest, I always tried to be a good mother and daughter, I did my best.

My heart beats but there is no blood flowing through my cold body, I'm awake on the outside but inside I'm rotting.

My eye's blink but there dry and hollow, and for few I know this might be a hard pill to swallow.

I'm here but I'm gone, I tried to live right but was living all wrong.

My mouth moves as tho it is talking but not much comes out, it's time to man up slow, to speak not sit here and pout.

I'm warm to the touch you would think I could tell, if I'm dead or alive but get close and you'll smell, I've been stuck in this place I've created my own hell, am I dead or alive cause I can't even tell.

I'm numb to one's touch and I'm numb to one's lies, I'm here but I'm not so who lives inside.

Do they hear me ? Cause I can't the voice I once had is now dead, so how did I write this it came from my head, and it just may be the last poem of mine that gets to be read.
