The Golden rule.

A J C 1958 (Swansea, MA)

The golden rule.

As I sit in this room and look at you, you are my teacher. Can you show me the golden rule? 2 + 2 makes 4, but what is the meaning of love? I don't think I know anymore. Is it one sweet kiss, or does it hurt, and does it make you scream and yell? Will it send you to hell? You are the only one that holds that key; I know it's not me. When you walk by and smile, it makes me happy, and I get a warm feeling deep down inside. I don't know the reason why. Maybe it's not my season. I really don't know the reason.
Dedicated to all the teachers.
