Wake up little light

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

I dream sometimes

And in between the lines

I'm scratching the surface of my mind

I see such wonders clearly

You are there sometimes thinking for me

Passing through the blinds of shaddowy imagery

And in that dream I know you like you are my soul, yet more thinly

I am not afraid to talk, or touch but mostly I follow or watch you walk away again

Sometimes you are a man, sometimes a women, (sometimes an angel) but always a question of direction.

But in a way still only a dream, that I hear laughing at me a little to often to mention.

Not waiting long enough for me to wake up for you to tell me you got me in your zen.

And I'm left hankering for your love to return me to the dream so I feel found again.
