Breaking

When I look at you,
My body gets so hot, like a pot of el dente pasta.
Man I thought I lost ya.
My love for you is
Unconditional, so
Original, not always so traditional.
That’s in our own
Way that’s official.
A penny for your thoughts?
I’m so distraught.
Your complete,
Beautiful self always
Swimming in my thoughts.
Man love is so precious, I thought I lost.  My life’s mission,
Never let that happen
At all costs.
This is my one and only shot.
I will make the best decisions, deciding with precision.
With only loving
Conditions. I am so
Glad your giving it
One more shot your opening of your heart.
You know we are one
We feel each other,
Almost reading each other’s thoughts.
God, I didn’t realize it would be this hard, the matters of our hearts.
It’s time to open our hearts and fight for each other along the way, even if we have to smell each others
Farts.
Get the deck of cards ,
Lay down your hand , as well do I and we show each others hearts.

Faith Coty

My name is Faith Coty. I am 37 years old and I live in St. Petersburg Florida. I’ve been here most of my life. I was actually born in Southbridge Massachusetts, and I came down here when I was about nine years old. I am just a free spirit poem writer. This is my first time ever putting a poem of mine out here. I love to write, especially poems. They really are a release of any kind of issue that is going on with me. Just any kind of feeling really. It’s a good way to put my stuff on the table, it makes me feel better after. I write Lyrical poems, mostly. more…
