Do you know how to dream

Our emotions our dreams our wishes and desires have a gentle and yet still powerful way to lead us forward in life. When we let it there is a magic that defys logic and reality for the sake of imagination that can take us anywhere our minds can want to go. As we ly in bed there is so much purpose in us dreaming of places and situations we can take ourselves to in a harmless fashion that we can experience a dreamland of our own making that when we return and wake up from these places gives us a refreshed stance on everything life forces us to deal with the next morning. The ability to carry on once we've had a slumber like this can be invaluable. Just because we're adults doesn't mean we can't dream like kids because life is so much more than responsibility as long as we don't shrug off our responsibilities. Outside our homes we must be present in life and do what our jobs and adulthood require but once in our homes we can harmlessly make believe to experience all that life can offer beyond the norm and expected. Dreaming expands the heart mind and soul and makes for a more lighthearted person that can laugh and smile more easily and this brings on more quality of life. Everyone should try it.
