No Heaven Up Above?

How can someone honestly say there's no Heaven up above,
If you've ever been held in someone's arms - then you've felt His love.
We go thru our lives taking and getting everything that we can,
Yet we seldom ever take time to give thanks to God - The Man.
We take His blessings of life for granted every single day,
And never even realize that without Him - we couldn't exist in anyway.
When we first open our eyes in the morning He's always right there,
But we never once think about it as we brush our teeth and our hair.
When we're on our way to work He's riding right there with us,
He has the ability to be everywhere at once - in every car and every bus.
As we cut people off in traffic and say things we think only we can hear,
Maybe our driving habits would change if we knew God was always near?
As some adults run around stealing for themselves all that they can,
Do you think we'd act differently - if from Heaven we were ban?
We lie and cheat in life as if there's gonna be no tomorrow,
Yet we won't get into heaven that way - not even if we beg, steal, or borrow.
There's some people in this world that are so cold hearted - it's a shame,
They'll end up with no God or Heaven - and only have themselves to blame.
There's so many people taking advantage of people left and right,
Why can't they stop and see - for them - Heaven is becoming farther out of sight.
We take His name out of all public schools these days,
And then watch the devil taking over schools in all of his many evil ways.
Now they're saying "One Nation Under God" shouldn't even be said,
I personally think it's time they check themselves in somewhere and have somebody check their head.
Now they want to take "In God We Trust" off of all American money,
What are we as Americans going to do when God no longer finds our ignorance funny?
