In A World Filled With Trouble

In a world filled with trouble where should I begin,
It all seems out of control - this world full of sin.
Every time you turn on the news the message is so clear,
We all need to get on our knees and pray for the end is drawing near.
The violence is out of control with the gangs running around in the night,
When you need the Police the most - they all seem to be out of sight.
In a time of out of control drug abuse and fights and booze in the bars,
The gangs keep doing drive by shootings and stealing innocent people's cars.
We need to put God and prayer back into control of our lives and our public schools,
And base all of our teaching and learning on God's own set of rules.
We all need to do our part to help get done what we all know we need to do,
Lift it up the world to the Lord in prayer and He will make the whole world brand new.
