Only Prayer Shall Bring Us To Our Knees

Only prayer shall bring us to our knees,
In humble moments, where the soul finds ease.
With hands clasped tight and heads bowed low,
In silent whispers, our hopes we bestow.

In moments of need or joyous praise,
Only prayer guides us through life's maze.
It humbles our hearts, brings peace within,
A sacred solace, where we begin.

In times of turmoil, when skies turn gray,
Prayer offers solace, shows us the way.
It brings us comfort, amidst the storm,
A refuge, a haven, in its gentle form.

Only prayer connects our souls above,
To seek guidance, to embrace love.
It carries our words to the divine,
In whispered verses, our hearts entwine.

In gratitude's song or a heartfelt plea,
Only prayer reaches where words can't be.
It strengthens resolve, it heals the pain,
In its silent echoes, peace we regain.

So, in moments heavy or moments light,
Only prayer brings solace, shining bright
