Getting Through the Storm

In the quiet chambers of her troubled mind
A relentless shadow of anxiety is confined
With whispers of worry and fear
Echos of panic draw near

Anxiety is a relentless maze
Through sleepless nights and restless days
Haunting her with every breath
Makes it hard for her mind to rest

Trapped inside her mind
Where anxious storms arrive
Creating chaos with no escape
Making worries bloom and hopes decay

Within her struggles, her strength is found
Breaking free from her troubled mind
Using her courage as her guide
Seeking peace within the anxious night

Through all the anxious storms
A story of struggle, hope, and power is formed
After a long journey through the stormy night
A hopeful dawn rises above the dark of night
