Chloe and the Sharks

You often look into the lake;
Reflections in your mind
Although the view is kind of fake,
And will leave hope behind.

Yet still you seek another view,
To see if you still see
The negative that will not do
The things to set you free.

You sometimes feel that you are in
An ocean with some sharks
And that no effort helps you win,
Despite the faith remarks!

If you cannot swim very well,
Then don't go near the sea.
But, if you can, avoid each swell
And shark, that is my plea!
