Echoes of Resilience

In the depths of my heart, a tale untold,
A girl with dreams, once vibrant, now grown old.
Fires once ablaze, now dimmed in despair,
Gasping for air, burdened beyond repair.

I believed in strength, a power possessed,
Now questioning, distressed, feeling less blessed.
The weight of the burden, too heavy to bear,
Lost in the despair, drowning in the air.

A melody of sorrow, can't find reprieve,
In this melancholy tune, where hearts grieve.
For the shattered dreams, in the girl's eyes,
As illusions fade, like castles of lies.

I danced with stars, held the moon's embrace,
Yet illusions crumbled, leaving an empty space.
The world turned against me, spirit grew weak,
Bleak and broken, hope's future seemed bleak.

Nights grow colder, searching for the light,
Darkness surrounds, shrouding hope from sight.
Longing for redemption, a chance to be free,
Breaking chains that bind, seeking a decree.

Through tears that fall, a flicker remains,
A glimmer of hope, amid haunting refrains.
Rising from ashes, reclaiming the rhyme,
No longer confined, breaking free from the time.

In the echoes of resilience, strength will arise,
For the girl I once was, with fire in her eyes.
